The Bible is provable. Jesus Himself alluded to this in Joh 17:7. It has also been proven mathematically by Ivan Panin. Panin was a turn of the century Russian scholar.
Genesis 1:1 contains the concealed formula for the mathematical constant pi, and John 1:1 (the New Testament creation verse) contains the concealed formula for the Logarithmic function e.
Jesus said that the Kingdom of God has been advancing since the days of John the Baptist and forceful men take it, Matt 11:12.
A supposed contradiction is found in James 4:6.
God’s grace (which saves a person, Eph 2:8) has appeared to all men but to obtain it a person must humble themselves. At the same time, the person must be forceful and determined to humble themselves before God.
It is no wonder unbelievers are hostile towards Christianity. They see the grace of God but cannot obtain it because even though God wants all men to be saved (1 Tim 2:4) unbelievers are unwilling to humble themselves before God.
Unbelievers can understand that denying ungodliness is possible through receiving God’s grace but a person cannot receive God’s grace by doing the right things, (Titus 3:5). So seeing the grace of God is unmerited (all have seen), but receiving God grace is definitely not unmerited, James 4:6. It is not possible for a thing (God’s grace) to be unmerited if a person has to do something (humble themselves) to obtain it.
The concept of how to humble ourselves before God is found in 2 Chronicles 7:14.
2Ch 7:14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
The Bible also says that Christians will judge the world in Psalm
Ps 149:6 ¶ Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword in their hand; 7 To execute vengeance upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
Christians execute judgment by using the two-edged sword. In other words, they speak the word of God.
Joh 7:17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.
Ge 1:1 ¶ In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
Joh 1:1 ¶, In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
Mt 11:12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.
Jas 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Tit 2:11 ¶ For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Tit 3:5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;
Tit 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
1Ti 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
