Pr 22:14 ¶ The mouth of strange women is a deep pit: he that is abhorred of the LORD shall fall therein.
Pr 22:14 illustrates the point that Jesus uses His enemies (who are apart from the Lord and subject to demonic activity) including unbelieving people to judge disobedient people.
The concept of using “exposure to God’s enemies as discipline” is alluded to in Matt 25:41.
This verse illustrates the use of the “inhabitants of Hell” and their participation in the judgment of disobedient Christians who called Jesus “Lord” but were disobedient.
The verse makes this allusion when it uses the phrase “Depart from Me”.
Such people are not behaving righteously toward God and have been delivered to judgment.
God’s judgment is seen to employ strange/unruly women.
Ec 7:26 And I find more bitter than death the woman, whose heart is snares and nets, and her hands as bands: whoso pleaseth God shall escape from her; but the sinner shall be taken by her.
Women desire men according to Gen 3:16.
Ge 3:16 ¶ Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
Sin (rebellion against God) also desires men as is seen in Gen 4:7.
Since “Sin” is described here as “longing for something” (men in this case) it seems to be personified. This suggests that Satan can be called sin.
1 Jo 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. (KJV)
Ge 4:7 If thou doest well, shalt thou not be accepted? and if thou doest not well, sin lieth at the door. And unto thee shall be his desire, and thou shalt rule over him.
The worldly people go to the greatest of lengths to conceal the detrimental effects of a “Strange” or “unruly” woman.
The biblical translators went so far in this vein to change scripture, as is seen in Gen 3:6 where the man and woman were said to be together when sin entered the world, Gen 3:6.
Ge 3:6 ¶ And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
They added the phrase “with Her” to the primary verse illustrating the introduction of sin into the world.
Either Adam was not there or He did not stop Eve from eating, while He refused to.
Since the words “With Her” are not present in the Hebrew text it can be said that He was not with Her, according to scripture.
They were not together as 1 Tim 2:14 shows.
1Ti 2:14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. (KJV)
Only the Revised Standard translators dared resist the temptation to allow the “Worship of Women” to influence them.
Ge 3:6 (RSV) So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate; and she also gave some to her husband, and he ate.
